The president has been saying that he tried to introduce electronic payment and acquisition systems into the public sector {to reduce human contact with cash} in his effort to fighting corruption, but lamented that the systems were often resisted.
This has become so monotonous that Ghanaians are beginning to wonder whether the president is actually serious and interested in fighting corruption as he claims, or it's just another crocodile's tears to deceive Ghanaians into believing that he is making an effort, while the government and its cronies amass billions of dollars at the expense of this struggling HIPC nation.
Why should Ghanaians hire a president that can't even introduce an electronic system successfully into the public sector to save us from criminals masquerading as civil servants? Mr. Mahama must be seen to be fighting corruption with all his might rather than go on lamenting helplessly like the rest of us who hired him to do the job.

The problem is that the people should have reported this company to National Labor Commission when the company started recruiting them but they didn't do that,they signed the contract and did the job up to 80% before complain ... read full comment
The problem is that the people should have reported this company to National Labor Commission when the company started recruiting them but they didn't do that,they signed the contract and did the job up to 80% before complaining.
Nobody can arrest the HR company but the labor commission can come in to compel that company to refund part of the money to the workers,taking 80 out of 150 is stealing which needs investigation,it is never done that way anywhere.
As for them dealing with the company direct,it is not going to happen,they are contract workers sent by that company which make them employees of that company but not the construction company,they cannot ask this company to increase their salary when their contract is with another company,they should contact their company for their salary increase.
