Yes I agree with what the officer is saying. In Ghana passengers are afraid speak against unruly drivers. The police are not in the these vehicles when the drivers do STUPID maneuvers and CRAZY speeding on 14th century roads.

Mr man your statement is short of logical assimilation. It is nonsense when the police have in various ways positioned the drivers as their money bags!!!!!!!!!
I cannot agree more with DSP Mensah. His comment should be posted publicly by the police for all Ghanaians to read and act upon it.
