  It sound unrealistic that most people in the Biakoye District can not come to terms with the reasonable fact that,Nkonya deserves legitimate right to their capital.
  Besides geographical location,demographic and historical reasons.Historically Nkonya for ages past was a capital during the Germans rule of Trans Volta Togoland.
