With all this overwhelming evidence and admittance from the alleged robbers why has the case dragged on for that long to the point that the Judge has to discharge the accused person? I guess it the usual case of the unnecessary adjournment that characterizes the Ghanaian judicial system. Why hasn't the case finalized in a shortest possible time in the past? If this case had happen else where the accused would have been committed to a jail term long ago. Why are our judges interested in delaying cases even in situations where the evidence is crystally clear with the accused accepting guilt? There are also situations where the state prosecution also take a compromised stance on a case because the other other party may have induced then, thereby refusing to attend court. The judge and the prosecution should all beware that they could be victims to these accused persons tomorrow. Ensuring the right thing is done is in everybody's interest. I also think Government can do all of us a good service if the attorney generals office is well resourced with fresh blood of lawyers and even investigators injected into that office. The old ones there who are becoming bottleneck must be reassigned to areas where they will not interfere with issues which affects our very existence. Such people are a great disappointment to the spirit of their profession and humanity. My heart is bleeding for Ghana. God please save us.

It's unfortunate that the citizenry are defenceless and criminals are set free just like that. This particular judge has been doing that and I expect the chief justice act to help the ordinary people and whaaat, I say again whaaat if the people had apprehended these criminals and lynched them; there that you'll see the police, lawyers and judges speaking against these practice. Shaaaame unto the police? judges and lawyers.

OMG,Ghana has truly gone to the dogs. This is a true definition of a failed state. All the three branches of Government in Ghana has failed to hold the center together. What happened to the Attorney General's office when this case was adjourned 79 times? The judge has no moral character to seat on any bench in Ghana. The office of the President who appoints the Attorney General had no monitoring mechanism in place to monitor that office's activities . I'm beginning to wonder if it's all about CREATE, LOOT AND SHARE. These armed robbers CREATE, The Attorney General, the Police and the Judge LOOT from them and SHARE with the Armed Robbers who created the LOOT. This is a sad day for the good Ghanaian People.

Chief Justice please get someone to audit some of the cases that takes long. There is no justice in Ghana anymore. People would start taking the laws into their own hands.
