You've omitted something that seems to be getting very scarce in the minds of Ghanaians these days: Arrest and prosecute the person(s) responsible for leaving a well uncovered.
Hmmm !! May their precious souls rest in peace. They were too young to be at that site with any adult supervision ! I'm very sad b'cos I've a daughter at the same age and I can't imagine loosing her at this age!
The current administration must provide the National Commission on Civic Education with the necessary resources its needs to perform its responsibilities now.

These are innocent kids who are roaming around with no supervision.
The well must be closed, the parents must questioned and possibly need to be punished for being irresponsible.
THIS IS DEATH TRAP - THE PROPERTY OWNER MUST FACE THE LAW . THERE'S TOO MANY ISSUES LIKE THIS ACROSS THE COUNTRY THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESS FROM THIS HAPPENING AGAIN .

if like in photo the owner must be sue..either fence and brick wall with cover & tall than child
Don't people have brains to know that such wells or open water bodies should be fenced off to prevent such unfortunate incidents? Children should always be protected and no stone should be left unturned to achieving this!! Oh ...
