  The government should stop giving jobs to inefficient cronies and give job to companies with a good tract record irrespective of the party affiliation of the owner. Moreover, the government should adhere to a culture of paying for work done. Even cows do not get free grass lunch any more. Owners of cows have to pay owners of grazing land.
