The MAHAMA government will consider the defence put up by the Asantehene on behalf of the local contractorS as unimportant.

The Legislature and the Executive are indivisible. THEY ARE LIKE THE ESKIMO AND TEA. There are very good FURNITURE COMPANIES IN GHANA. BUT THEY CHOSE TO IMPORT FURNITURE FOR THE CHAMBER OF GHANA PARLIAMENT AT A WHAPPING COST OF 22 MILLION U.S. DOLLARS from the Communist People's Republic of China.

THEY HAVE CHOSEN TO STARVE GHANAIAN COMPANIES AND THEIR FAMILIES TO DEATH. IS THIS A GOVERNMENT TO RELY OR DEPEND UPON?

Is this not STUPIDITY and ABSOLUTE NONSENSE? You should not be surprised to see foreign contracting firms taking over from the local contractors.

Both the Legislature and the Executive have attempted to defend the importation of the furniture from the Communist China BUT TO NO AVAIL.

YOU MUST KNOW, ASANTEHENE, THAT YOU HAVE SOLD YOUR CONSCIENCE TO THIS CLUELESS GOVERNMENT AND HAVE BECOME PART OF THE PROBLEMS AND NOT SOLUTION.

You have lost respect and dignity, hence your Divisional and Sub-Chiefs have refused to defend you.

YOU MUST FIRST APOLOGISE TO ALL THE CHIEFS AND ALL THE PEOPLE OF THE ASHANTI REGION FOR YOUR OPEN SUPPORT FOR THE INCOMPETENT NDC government.

ELSE, A CHANGE IN GOVERNMENT WILL NOT HELP BRING YOU INTO LAM-LIGHT.

Can our journalists help unlock the truth in what am about to discuss.It just occur to that Otumfour has admit in chronicle aticle "Otumfour Makes Strong Case For Local Contractors"that he has initiated an ultra-modern shopping mall which is an on-going under his initiative and also commissioned the renovation of Kumasi Airport.Now both president Mahama and Otumfour who is telling the truth.IS both President Mahaa and Otumfour talking of the same Ultra-modern Mall or they are different from each other.Is the Kumasi park mension in 4 NDC zongo boys marching around town thanking Mahama for Kumasi park which we don't know the same as Otumfour claiming to commissioned the renovation of Kumasi airport.We need facts from fiction and gimmick so we can give praise to where praise due back by documents to prove who is telling the truth.President Mahama claim he has initiated $29 million for the Kumasi Airport runway and i know renovation is different from runway.Ghanaians need these to investigated if president Mahama is lying about Kumasi Market can somebody help inlock the truth between Otumfour and President Mahama claims or they are two different thinks or they are fooling Ghanaians.

I do not think so ask all former Otumfuos who advocated for local contractors the result was very disappointing.They continued to do that in those days because we all saw what was going on behind closed doors with big kick backs to the then Asantehenes and who suffered it was the ordinary masses of Kumasi.Those days ask the old folks and they will attest to this no Taxi will ever go to Suame,Breman,New Tafo,Old Tafo,etc.why because thought all past govts had awarded those roads to local contractors but what continued to happen was that those Otumfuos just collect their shares from these local contractors then the rest you can guess what happened these contractors just invested the rest into women because they were proud to have 10 to 15 wives and the rest into private cars because they felt it was a prestige to own several cars and women.Check it out it became a fashion for these contractors all over the place more wives/concubines/cars.So now do the maths how much is then left to execute the projects and the answer was/is zero so the result was just take the project get the money and vanish after paying your kick back to the then Asantehene,get more wives and cars and vanish leaving the people to suffer.This is where I always give credit from day one to JJ.It was this same JJ who mustered the courage to break that cycle.It was JJ who one afternoon came to kumasi Kajetia and spoke angrily,fuming and said it very blunt all Kumasi roads will go to foreign firms which he did.Son though I don't root for JJ,Kuffuor,Mills,Mahama or any party Ghana especially and the north owe JJ big time who opened up Kumasi and the north.Yes sometimes I am very critical of JJ but do not get me wrong the guy has really sacrificed a lot for the nation.I see JJ not just as an idealist but also a realist.Look at how he again mustered the courage to bring about inheritance just imagine a woman toiling all the years with his wife and then if the man dies somebody out of nowhere called WOFASIE will come trying to reap where he had not sowed.Just think about it very well and use your God given guts.What I do not like about JJ is how he came in pretending not to want any wealth like Nkrumah,Liman and really Mills but ended with several booties meanwhile he had killed several fathers and mothers because they had wealth.That sometimes make me ask myself what then was JJ really about and believe me ever since he did that corruption and stealing has become worse in the country now.Just look at Asiedu Nketia a teacher.Now folks do it with impunity because they know it will all be only talk talk and it will end nowhere or another trick is they just get the booty and resign and get out of politics then they know they are free.Just look at Woyome saga they are just toying with Ghanaians because they know there are several hands involved so it will end nowhere it will just be on various front pages for a while and they know and believe it will die a natural death meanwhile the masses are suffering big time..Wake up people.
