The Rockefeller Foundation has very stringent requirements for grant proposal and a very robust monitoring and evaluation regimen to ensure success of their funded projects. Accra is for all Ghanaians. Let all Ghanaians, especially those in the diaspora continue to support and monitor development programs regardless of our ethnicity or party affiliation. With the Ghanaian collaborative spirit we will gradually transform Accra into a capital city for all.
