    The writer must be discouraging residents who constantly pollute the Odaw river and lagoon. Despite previous dredging exercises in the past, which goes back to the 1960's, the lagoon pollution grows worse each new day. What ...

    Well I guess they thought some Ghanaians are ignorant & stupid & probably won't remember the AMA promising them with this project. It's about time the citizens hold these corrupt bunch accountable for their devious actions.

    I have to agree with you. The journalist should have taken up the offer to go to the office, unless he's afraid the mayor would have him beaten up. But isn't $600m a lot of money for such a project?

    The truth must prevail !
    Korle Lagoon could be a portable -(moving) Water but never ever served as a Source of drinking Water like any other lagoon on the Coast belts which has its tributary into the Sea.

    contd. One could safety speculate that the residents around Korle Lagoon are also to be blamed for the garbage they throw into the Lagoon, which contributed to choked the Lagoon. Anyway.
