  There is no plan when it comes to the way and manner that piece of land was distributed and planned. No roads for incoming trucks and outgoing trucks. indiscriminate burning of saw dust. Do Ghanaians know at all that saw dust is a by-product that can be processed to generate money and jobs? No, the EPA is of the view that all carpenters and wood working businesses should locate there without a proper plan and collaboration with engineers and the Fire Service to decide and inform operator of the rules to safety. Taxes are taking from these businesses daily but their safety and welfare is not the business of the so called EPA. Whiles I am writing people are still at post and the entrepreneurs are crying foul,. No insurance, actually no technical advantage. Our Nation is in the hands of very bad managers at the various institutions.
