  you guys are purly animals-a Country whose youth unemployment is over 80%, why cant you use the sanitation as one pillar to employ the youth?
  2. in the developed countries which you are stretching to be compared to all their streets are named, and to your understanding "coaltard" ,drainage Systems work efficiently and there is or are no dust, dustbins are all over the place which is been taking away everyday. just look at you , how misreable you are to enact such a law because you are a Minister ?- These common and Basic things needed in human life you cant put in place and you are calling for punishment and deterrents? do you think the People are animals ,llike you?

  My hope is parliament does not rubber stamp a stupid law like the so called National Sanitation Day which is a failed program no law can revive.

  Any right thinking person should know that a program like this cannot work,you don't have to declare a particular day as a sanitation day before you clean the country.
  
  How can anybody in his right mind declare the first Saturday of the month a National Sanitarium Day in a country where the first Saturday especially is reserved for many activities including funerals,weddings and other social activities,do you expect Ewes especially Anlos to postpone the celebration of Hogbetsotso festival because of useless National Sanitation Day,are we that dumb to do something like that?
  
  I hope this time parliament stands on its feet to throw the useless bill away,too much laws in the country they can't enforce even most law enforcement agencies don't know of the existence of some of these laws.

  National Sanitation Day as a law passed by Parliament would be "the most stupidest" law I have ever known in my life.
