  Ignorance is a disease, the topic don't talk about education neither does its talk about northerners free education. Police mount a road blocks has nothing with northern free education. If somebody tells you that northern schools don't pay fees, I say the person is a liar. If you don't know please ask and you will be told. All northern schools pay fees.
