  Why does the Government allow illegal mining in the first place and by foreigners for that matter? It appears the Chinese were given visas to enter the country on purpose to indulge in this kind of business? What a shame !

  Seek immediate court actions demanding all legal documents be produced in court - including resident and work permits of the Chinese.
  Seek court injunction to stop any mining activity.

  Seek court injunction to stop any mining activity.
  If the court does not heed to your plea, invite neighbouring communities and enviromental groups to help you to physically kick them out.
