THE PROMISED EASTERN CORRIDOR ROADS IS MOVING AT A SNAILS PACE ESPECILLY THE PEKI STRETCH FROM THE HO Y JUNCTION THROUGH PEKI TOWNS AND KPEVE AND ALL THROUGH TO HOHOE AND BEYOND. WHY OH WHY. I ADVISE THE MAHAMA GOVERNMENT TO COMPLETE THIS ROAD BEFORE MIDDLE OF 2016. A WORD TO THE WISE.

Permit me to bring an observation to the attention of the authorities. I am reliably informed that the conditions of service of the hardworking local artisans is nothing to write home about. For such an important project, the Labour Dept and Factories Inspectorate should have ensured that the workmen are adequately compensated and work under internationally accepted conditions

Just get to the ground and speak to any of the Ghanaian artisans on the project. About 6 months ago they laid down their tools over poor pay and very bad working conditions.
