  The population of yendi has grown bigger than the size of the water supply source (River Dakar). Looking at the present state of the River Dakar, I recommend that the Municpal Chief Executive approach the Eastrn Corridor Construction managment to desilt and widen the River dakar as a short term measure whilst we think of a medium to long term solutions
