    Didnt the previous govt build some of these flats that were almost completed and the current govt failed to complete them because the credit, they thought, would not be be attributed to them?

    Everybody knows it's a idea but the problem is the politicians turn round and buy these buildings/apartments and rent them out to the poor who can't afford to buy.
