The reason why ECG is rendering an appology to the people of Tarkwa is that they haven't felt the intensity of dumsor as they're currently feeling.When dumsor has been part of habitant of Accra-Tema lives for the past three years,there are some part of Ghana which their electricity hardly go off.EXAMPLE the northern,Upper west and Upper East.Some part of western and Eastern religion.

Now they have no choice than to spread it nationwide because Accra and Tema alone can't shed the needed megawatts.Now people in other part of Ghana where dumsor hasn't been in their dictionary is welcome to the party.Mahama panthemic.I rest my case

I sat on Glo's office for almost one hour whilst they staff checked if I can access their net work at my area, after waiting & waiting I was given the nod to buy their MODEM which I haven't used since I bought it two years ago. My complaints didn't yield results till date. Be careful of anything that id "GLO". They don't keep promises.
