OPENING BEFORE COMPLETION MEANS COOLING DOWN TEMPERS OF GHANAIANS. MAHAMA NEEDS TO DO TIS AS PART OF HIS LEGACY, BUT THAT IS NOT ENOUGH, THE INTERCHANGE WILL NOT FEED GHANAIANS.
