  Is 2015 and we have to go through so much pain and hoops to describe where our traffic lights are located all because we had terribly FAILED as a nation to name our roads and streets and inculcate the culture of pin pointing exact locations by street names.
  A traffic light is mostly located at a corner of A & B streets or Kwame street and H-1 highway.
  
  Ghana as a country has refused to allow intelligent means of doing things to prevail within the populace .
  This can only be deliberate attempt to dumb down the intelligence of the people in order to make them looks stupid.
  Nigerians know how to give intelligent and modern direction based on street names and house numbers.
  A common house number in Cantoments where rich and so-called educated people reside goes like this; plot number ac22/4c/39. And who the hell can find that? and on which map can something a metrix like than could be indexed?
  The plot is on a paved street so what is stoping these BRAINLESS EDUCATED ANIMALS FROM DOING THE RIGHT THING beats my mind.

  That is Ghana to you my brother, it seems common sense is no longer common in Ghana, people in power are behaving like lunatics. Educated fools who are in charge are running down the country for all of us.
