    the decision by the DVLA not to issue driving licenses to illiterates. How do these bunch of illiterates pass the licensing EXAM which involves written and practicals on the road and ROAD SIGN reading.

    The increment is just too much. Even with my private car I find it difficult to pay. 400% jump is way too much. what at all do we get from these insurance company, nothing. Just wait and see the cars and buildings this compan ...

    I sympathize with the drivers is that they are not putting the issues right. The main problem is the jump in insurance premiums. 400% increase is definitely a killer policy. As for exams before licence is a good thing.

    Yes the increase in insurance premium is way too much:but i cuncur with the government for not issue driver's license to illiterate drivers.Most of these illiterate drivers are the cause of most road accidents.
