  So Government will start dashing out money,in the name of LEAP.If Government really want to help the poor in society,they should stop stealing,fix the dumsor,and reduce interest rate,so business can function and employ people to feed themselves.What is the sense in dashing out this laughable GHC64,00 for people to depend on the Government for their livelihood,whiles they can work and earn more on their own.NDC we know your tricks,you just want buy votes.

  You sound ignorant and stupid! If government decides to provide social interventions that seek to "Empower" people against poverty, then getting them involved in activities that provide them regular income irrespective of how modest the income they get now will be more empowering than giving them a miserable GHS64.00 that comes once in so many months. If you don't know, then i will ask you to visit the visionary interventions by former First Lady Kunadu. She and her December Movement empowered Ghanaian women against poverty by initiating Gari Processing and many other projects. What the people need is not this miserable handouts.
