Mr. Mahama is exactly one of the visionless African leaders that have always been accused of misplacing their priorities. Does the NDC government think, despite the massive corruption, they can borrow recklessly and spend their way foolishly into another mandate in 2016, when the nation is over burdened with HIPC and workers wallowing in hunger and over taxed?

Governance under the NDC government is all about deceit and 'opium of the people'. They enjoy everything under the sun but ask us to wait for our basic needs in heaven. And as they ask us to tighten our belts for future betterment, they have already loosened theirs for immediate consumption. They didn't even respect our intelligence when they asked us to wait for a paradise in three years. The truth is that, everything they promise is a mirage and we will never find comfort under them because; they are con-men with con plans.

Yes we choose to be fools in the central region but we have more morals than any other tribe knowing there are no absolutes. Tribes that have been smart with money have worshipped money and will sell body parts, family and others to hold on to their money. Other tribes yet pretend to be wise or superior when they are nothing more than greedy unprincipled bastards. But it is the coming of the evil, the presumed smart and the foolish that makes Ghana go around. Guess what Ofosuaa if there is ever a day of reckoning to come I will choose being a fool any day than being unprincipled, morally bankrupt and fake.

Today and on this very site we have the classroom educated but ignorant Dr. Kwame Okoampa-Ahoofe using his infantile logic and reasoning to justify injustices to the CPP because of purported events that took place under the leadership of the late Kwame Nkrumah.

Yet no one can recall schools built with brick/block and mortar being in poor conditions in the era nor can anyone site an account of commercial building collapses in Ghana at the time. We have officials and representatives of the NDC and NPP (some nothing more than transplants) in the Central region, pretend to represent the interest of the region and communities but who are there to extract as much political capital and wealth they can for their families and self.

We can choose to remain fools in the central region for ages or grow in wisdom and do for ourselves what these irresponsible government entities and pretentious/wannabe political parties cannot do for us.
