  When Asian countries were thinking technology to compete with the rest of the world, Ghana under, Jerry Rawlings, was thinking revolution, schools to train barbers and butchers. Universities were closed down for several months because some of them did not even see the need for universities. The so-called success of the Asian countries is no magic. It was an opportune preparation to meet the demands of the same world that the PNDC asked to go to hell. How many jobs were created by Cuban, Nicaraguan and Libyan companies in Ghana? Stop the joke.
