  The goons in government are thinking when they sell ECG to themselves they want to be sure it is profitable so they want to to be certain that their biggest customer being the government pays its bills. So do not get too hasty into thinking this government has positive reasons for doing this. At the end of the day , ECG is currently a government institution and other government institutions owe it money, who provides the money for one institution to pay another institution? Is it not the same government. So unless they have every intention of making ECG private then it is a silly exercise and these people are not silly, they are greedy bastards !
