  While NPP is fighting among themselves, this what NDC are telling us. How can you deny a holder of Ghana passport from registering? No country denies old passport as long as it is valid.

  Pls Ghanaian need to stop issue Ghana passport to Nigerian because they are using Ghana passport and traveling doing bad things.

  countries like switzerland , the embassy can colaborate with the immigrational offices to furnish them the biometric data for ghanaians because before they issue you a resident permit they captured you biometricaly, so why should such a person must still come to Ghana before having the biodata passport? or why cant you give the biomachine to the swiss embassy to do the biocapture?
  
  2. why is the 10yrs period mandated for passport expirations , in some cases shorting to 5years? is it not abusing the very constitution you have been sworn to uphold?
  
  we want the country to develope but still upholding the acient philosophy those who even introduce them had abandon it decade ago?
  
  3. Acquisition of passport supposed not to be done only at the national level , please grow up and decentralise it, to apply at the
  district level and issue at the regional level . start it and work on the mechanisms and the mistakes.
  
  why should it take a citizen 1> 3 months before getting the applied passport from national ? while districts and regions can effectively do it to minimised the overcrowded at the national?

  Looking at the pressure in renewal of passport to the biometric one, why is the Government given only 5 yrs. We think it should have been 10 yrs as before. Is it to make money for the "goro boys" and their masters?

  Worfa Adjei, I agree with you on a ten- year Ghana passport. A country like Canada has been issuing the ten-year passports for some time now.
