  I hope beneficiaries of these educational funds will not be limited to only indigenes or natives of the tribes but to residents of the area. Although the idea is noble we should be careful it does not lead to entrenchment of tribalism. Otumfuor's educational fund is a good model. Ideally such funds must be transparently be operated by the district assemblies.

  It is a good idea but I don't think the DCE saying they will raise funds at churches especially funerals is going to work,if he is going to depend on funerals then the fund will not work,you don't raise funds at where the peo ...

  It is a good idea but I don't think the DCE saying they will raise funds at churches especially funerals is going to work,if he is going to depend on funerals then the fund will not work,you don't raise funds at where the people have already spent their money.

  Have made several attempts via articles to voice this out with friends but no Education in Ghana is only from central office directives. Pleased someone is waking up to face realities.
