Can anyone help me: Can you point to one PhD minister who has performed creditably on their job? They only talk a lot and when given the chance they use their knowledge to loot. Worst is when Prof is attached to the string of titles (except the late Prof Mills).

Titles titles titles but no inventions...
Japan sent only six student to Scotland to study n now of that we hv the Hondas the Toyota etc.
In Africa we only study to bully our fellow ppl.

Nigeria has one of the highest educated ppl in the world but look at them.place is dirty .no light .profuce oil but can't supply it own citizens .419 n now same trend is happening in Ghana

Having a PhD doesn't mean u have to invent anything. Expecially when there is no money to invent. Foreign engineers are brought into the country as contractors not design engineers. Ghanaian engineers do the designs and they ...
