Ghanaian Christians spend too much money or funerals. There are other important priorities in life. Chritians should take lessons from their Moslem counterparts.

I understand the church took up the cost of the funeral for the the day of death to burial. The family of the siad Pastor did have contribute a "dyme". The church is taking up the cost of looking after the widow and the children. For the coffin it was news because they decided to crush the coffin at the same gorund in the glare of people after the old coffin had been replaced with even much expensive one. It tells me how trivial and petty some people can get over rumours. but am reliably informed that those who did that have accordingly apologized to the church.
