because most ghanaians dont want to
engage structural engineers to dö their
projects intead engage cheap masons to
do rubbish and cheap jobs for them. Hence. we see more building collapse in ghana.

It serves them right. The accident is the fruit of their labour. Believe or not the true fact is that the main contractor diverts part of the building materials from the supplier; then at the building site the foreman steals some; and the masons and labourers also take their cut. They usually steal iron rods and cement. So they end up with a pile of sand standing up as a building with nothing holding it together.

1645hrs is a military time. It's not written 16:45. Plz, half-empty us the same as half-full. A writer makes choices of figures and expression.

Only qualified building contractors with a license Architect calculated drawing plan should be approved. Any building without permit must be erased down. Ghana please get serious kakra.
