  The right thing to do is to pass the citizens damages right .- that if a confidential data is released out by a civil servant, police , court clerk, media , presidential staffer ,etc , the penalty is GH 50,000 CEDIS FROM YOUR SSNT FUND OR 10years prison term in default.
  you dont pay lips service to important issues when it comes on developing a nation like Ghana.
  by making these public, with guidelines education, everybody will make sure they stay in the lines.
