Then there should be an investigation process for allegations of breaking the rules. The person making the allegation and the person being investigated should be interviewed by an impartial person, preferably from outside the school. If the allegation is denied then supporting evidence is required such as another witness and that interview is done separately and in detail to see it is genuine in support of all the details of the first witness. The statements of the accused need to be investigated thoroughly. If the alibi can be supported then the evidence would support the accused and disciplinary action should be taken against the person making a false and mischievous complaint.

Same applies to the mixed schools , during my days in high school which was also mixed, lots of my mates faced various forms of sanctions including outright dismissal after being caught having sex on campus ... So I don't quite get the fuss about this saga or is it because they're allegedly gays ? Sex on campus is an offense that must attract punishment!
