Inequality has eaten deep into our various societies, and has affected positions, employment level of women in particular. The sustainable development goals (4 and 5)is very crucial as women make up about 47.78% according to 2006 national population census.And small number of them have achieved prominence in areas like politics and governmental spheres.This would not be different too in the contribution of the nations economy.The need to empower women is a welcome development if we must achieve these goals.
