Such stories are written by different peoples with different motives, it could have been be written a by a supporter of the ruling government who wants to use the election fever to get development to his home town. It could be written by an anti NDC fellow as a means of causing disaffection with the NDC, It could have been written by a fellow who was just honestly writing a true report about a true situation. tell nana addo to give us a MANIFESTO,
