  I have names of a Volta Regional Director sleeping with a CHN in Ho west district and giving her all she needs since her school days. Same applies to all principals and directors in all nursing institutions. Why do we allow this to happen all the time. Now they are using certificates as a ploy to woe the women into thier trap. Mr Minister I kmow you are capable. Act now. Send someone to Tsito Clinic and see the rot going on there.
