  What is the figure of 190,000 meant to convey to the reader?
  
  Are there supposedly around 190,000 individuals currently indulging in ‘obscure enterprises’ Ghana; does 190,000 represent the estimation of the most recent annual movement; or is it supposed to represent an average yearly total - if so over a period of how many years; or what?
  
  Not a particularly meaningful figure to quote without qualifying its actual meaning.
