Morally it is wrong for the man to do that but I don't think any law prevent him from traditional marriage.
The wife should just forget it,the man is that type of person who will not stop his immoral behavior,he is a typical Ghanaian with many wives mentality,either she accepts his lifestyle and stay in the marriage or divorce and move on,good luck to her.
