It is a good move, well done to the government. Government does not provide uniforms and payment of 'allowances' for students in tertiary institutions. They may be entitled to student loans.

About 80% of our membership hold masters' degrees. Instead of this government migrating us to the tertiary status look at what they are doing. Playing delly dally with us.
