  Is only Ghana that government will deny teachers their pay and use the money for projects and called it development meanwhile individuals are suffering to live,because working 2 years without salary is not easy and you cannot ...

  Is only Ghana that government will deny teachers their pay and use the money for projects and called it development meanwhile individuals are suffering to live,because working 2 years without salary is not easy and you cannot even get your arrears to pay your dept why government our own people.God bless you.
