  So the former DCE paid GHc 111k, the contractor did GHc 43k of work, and the new DCE is only asking for the return of the 43k!?! What the hell sort of nonsense is this? What about the remaining GHc 68k that was paid to the co ...

  So the former DCE paid GHc 111k, the contractor did GHc 43k of work, and the new DCE is only asking for the return of the 43k!?! What the hell sort of nonsense is this? What about the remaining GHc 68k that was paid to the contractor? That amount is forfeited by the government? Why? Because it was the amount of the chop that the DCE and the contractor shared. THROW THEM ALL INTO PRISON!

  @TJcan you read? And if you can do you understand what you read? The work done is 68000 Ghana cedis and therefore the contractor has to refund the difference of about 43000 plus the accruing interest.
