How about stinky gutters, unpaved inner city roads dirt and garbage all over the place.How about the dusty back alleys in the city.If you pave these alleys, remove the dirt from the streets and the stench from gutters, then you should congratulate yourself.Your city still stinks and you brag of a market and a park.What a shame! For How long have you been a mayor by the way?
