Another of NDC's foolish and despearte efforts to grab votes. Are the students in those polytechnics adequately prepared for UNIVERSITY LEVEL COURSES??? ARE THE INSTRUCTORS COMPETENT ALSO???

After visiting the staff profile of B Poly, I saw only 2 PhD holders (i.e., the Rector and his Vice). You can't have a university with only 2 PhDs. That is incredible! Dr. Mba and the council must launch a recruitment drive of PhDs if they truly want to qualify for conversion. As a son of the region who has just finished my PhD in Agronomy at the KNUST and would graduate in July 2016, I have applied to lecture there but for the past two months I have not even received any acknowledgement. I am looking forward to hearing from them.
