According to the supreme court when the names are deleted they should be given the chance to register again lawfully, that is using a lawful identification. Now which of the three groups could register again? the minors or the dead people on the register. Who enforces the law when we as citizens sit down and refused to go to court for a redress when were wronged. The police doesn't enforce the law until someone reports to them.
