Sue the soldiers involved and the Ghana navy. They can also press criminal charges against the soldiers involved so that they can be fired and see how it feels like to be unemployed. Don't sweep this under the carpet.

Seeing that this has gone on for many years and the authorities have given deaf ears to the situation is very sad. Navy has a very enviable reputation for the service they provide for citizens, why have this reputable force turned an opportunity to serve their country into a corrupt and bribery haven.? The government must investigate this bring the culprits into books.
