  That came to my mind too, I think that is a wrong move by the president,he might be the reason this high tarriff people are paying especially when this guy is saying he is helping in the finances,he is otherwise telling us he is not the problem,Terkpeh is the problem,they should ask Terkpeh not him.
  
  How can we allow something like this to happen and we get up to blame it on software, is the software not being fed by somebody or the software is making up the figures?
  
  NDC better do something to stop this over billing before Terkpeh and his ECG crooks send us to opposition,this issue needs a firm decision not a coffee meeting.

  Jinapor blame parliament and PURC who approved the increments of water and electricity high tariffs . They failed to monitor ECG and Ghana water for the evil high tariffs increments put on Ghanaians.
