  In Ghana many at times these things are left too much to God (fama Nyame) and settled "out of Court", so no one gets punished and no lessons are learnt to prevent it from occurring again.

  Unfortunately it doesn't work that way. Would be if u run away or didn't have the requisite permit to learn to drive.

  Unfortunately it doesn't work that way. Would be if u run away or didn't have the requisite permit to learn to drive.
  I think the use of auto for learning to drive must be abolished. When u mistakenly depress on the accelerator instead of the breaks the car lurches forward.
  Manuals would just shut down if the right gears are not selected so is safer to learn to drive with albeit more difficult
