  If this happened in other jurisdictions, it would have been treated as a serious crime, but sadly not in Ghana because We just don't have a conscience, otherwise some of these things will not be happening. I hope the culprits ...

  I wont be surprise if ECG does nothing to this police officers. They came around my area sometime, took away meters claiming those meters were illigally connected. Only to wake up the following morning to see the meters back n the people have continued their illegality..Hmmmmmmm God save us. How can we develop with this attitude?
