  Campaigning with the vehicles donation is allowed by the minister himself but others should not campaign in the institutions. This is greediness and wicked just as the president who told his appointees not to receive gifts worth $50.00 but himself accepted $100,000.00 Ford Expedition car from a Burkinabe contractor.
