  Nana, in fact, TOMACAN (The Wenchi Tomato Factory) was built by Nkrumah, so was the Tobacco Factory. TOMACAN was producing both canned Tomatoes and Mango products during Nkrumah's regime and thereafter during Busia's regime. When did production cease? Nana, you must be honest!
  
  What did Kuffour's Government do about these 2 factories that Nkrumah built in Wenchi?
  
  How about the Wenchi Farm Institute? That was also built by Nkrumah. Did the Kuffour Administration do anything to that Institution? 2 years ago, I drove by that school on my way to Subinso/Nkyeraa; I almost cried seeing the deplorable Conditions of the Wenchi Farm Institute.
  
  It is true that the TOMACAN, The Tobacco Factory (turned into a school) and the Wenchi Farm Institute were never supported by successive Governments after Nkrumah; I will turn my anger on the NPP since NPP came out of UP, the party Dr. Busia helped to establish. Kuffour, the protégé of Dr. Busia must be the one to be angry at for not paying attention to the hometown of Dr. Busia. Let Nana Akufo-Addo get the message, should he be lucky to win the elections!

  The problems are deep and needs deep solves and not to be allowed to make worse by a sabotagee like Nana Addo and his bunch of criminals.

  Busia was not born in Wenchi, he was from Akrobi. Exactly 2.3 miles from Wenchi. I once visited his birth place and shared palm wine with people who knew him that well.

  He built estate houses for that village, which the villagers couldn't move in and was abandoned by the Acheampong regime after he was overthrown. That was his only signature project besides communal labor. For this queen mother to blame others is pathetic. Why is Busia's legacy of COMMUNAL LABOR, not being implemented to restore his birth place?

The distance from Wenchi round about to Akrobi new town is 2.7km=1.7 miles (his birth place) and Akrobi old town is 3km=1.9 miles.
