  I think is not necessary to build more schools when even the one at Nkwanta in the volta is useless becos teachers posted to that school since December 2015 have not even receive their appointment letters nor even talk of pay ...

  I think is not necessary to build more schools when even the one at Nkwanta in the volta is useless becos teachers posted to that school since December 2015 have not even receive their appointment letters nor even talk of paying them.I believe no teacher will step into that school this academic year September 2016,apuuuuu
