PARENTS DO NOT THEIR CHILDREN TO BE CONTROLLED BECAUSE OF THEIR IRRESPONSIBLE AND SELFISH NATURE. THEY DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR THEIR CHILDREN BECAUSE OF WORK AND MONEY. THE PEOPLE WHO OFFER TO ASSIST (THE TEACHERS) ARE ATTACKED BY THESE IRRESPONSIBLE SO CALLED PARENTS BECAUSE THEIR WARDS HAVE BEEN PUNISHED. WE HAVE BRED IRRESPONSIBLE YOUTH WHO AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO TAKE OVER THE FUTURE. THEIR PARENTS ENGAGE IN WHITE COLLAR CRIMES JUST TO PLEASE THEIR CHILDREN JUST TO COVER UP THEIR RENEGING ON THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES. THE CANE SHOULD BE RE-INTRODUCED THIS WAS WHAT WAS USED ON US WHEN WE WERE YOUNG AND HAS MADE US WHAT WE ARE. EVEN IN BRITAIN, RICH PEOPLE WHO SEND THEIR WARDS TO PRIVATE SCHOOLS HAVE THEIR CHILDREN PROPERLY DEALT WITH EVEN WITH THE CANE WHERE NECESSARY.

When u have able men who can't work for a living and rather resort to petty stealing, what do you expect?
They had to be given even 100 canes .There is more indiscipline in the system too much .It's time people are punished ... read full comment

They had to be given even 100 canes .There is more indiscipline in the system too much .It's time people are punished by the communities instead of handing the so called security agencies who intend "collect money"and leave culprits.
Remember ,lashing people in public in those days deterred rots in the society from continuing to rot more and harass innocent people. I personally believe we even have subject armed robbers and thieve to public punishment rather than take them to prison to eat from public purse.The indiscipline Must Stop!!
